These terms govern your use of Shabd ("the Service"), a writing-assistance tool. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Shabd helps you correct grammar, spelling and tone and rewrite text. Output is generated by automated language models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing any text before you use or publish it.

2. Accounts & fair use

The free tier includes 10,000 words per calendar month. Paid plans (Pro, Team) unlock higher or unlimited usage as described on the pricing page. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to break it, or use it for unlawful content.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of text you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that text solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your content. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay (₹) or Stripe ($). Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes; GST invoices are available. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

6. Changes
