Shabd respects your privacy and handles data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and, where applicable, the GDPR.

What we collect

• Text you submit — processed to generate corrections, then discarded. We do not store your submitted text after a request completes.
• Usage counts — an anonymous client identifier and a monthly word count, to enforce free-tier limits.
• Email — only if you join the waitlist or buy a plan.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Razorpay / Stripe. We never see your card details.

How we use it

To provide the Service, enforce fair-use limits, send product and billing emails you opted into, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

We use language-model infrastructure to generate corrections, and Razorpay/Stripe for payments. These processors handle data only to deliver their function.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@shabd.aiskillhub.info. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to remember your anonymous usage allowance. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
