Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro or Team subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If Shabd doesn't work for you, email billing@shabd.aiskillhub.info within 7 daysof your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. After 7 days, monthly fees for the current period are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals anytime.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe within 5–7 business days.

Free tier

The free plan involves no payment, so nothing to cancel or refund.
